Greenways are linear parks that preserve undeveloped sections of natural habitat-usually throughout urban areas. These greenways will often follow alongside streams and abandoned railroad rights-of-way. Ozark Greenways is a non-profit group of private citizens in the greater Springfield, Missouri area who work to preserve and enhance the natural Ozarks landscape for public use and enjoyment.
