Bluegrass is one of our most deeply rooted and beloved music traditions. The legendary Bill Monroe and his "Bluegrass Boys" are often acknowledged for their lasting influence in the development of Bluegrass music. Ozarks resident Lonnie Hopper performed in Bill Monroe's band and fulfilled a lifelong dream by performing with him on stage at the Grand Ole Opry.
