Judy Winter and her husband co-founded the Eric Ricstar Winter Music therapy camp for special needs individuals to express themselves through music.
It's the only camp of its kind.
It's phenomenal.
I honestly forget about my disability.
There's a big vib of rock and roll and more people can experience that the better the world will be.
I mean, it's life changing.
