Hi.
I'm sure mean Razavi medical student.
We all know exercise is critical in maintaining our long term health and increasing our lifespan and healthspan.
As a medical student, I analyzed changes in gene activity between different groups of people.
Finding change.
Activity in only 50 genes is an impressive discovery.
A recent study showed long ter cardiovascular exercise changes the activity of over 1000 genes, an unparalleled finding.
The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise weekly, plu strength training twice a week.
Now let's think 1000 plus gene changing to encourage ourselves and our loved ones to exercise a bit more for better health.
I'm sure there is reserv with my medical student minute
