Thank you, thank you so much for having me.
What brought you to Minnesota?
Honestly, Minnesota was not on my map at all.
I was driving home from Colorado after an ocean adventure, and I guess, just coming down and seeing the water.
I was like, wow, this could be my next place.
And writing a song about it.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Really... it wasn't long after that that I wrote one of my songs, Hello Minnesota in four days.
Yeah, it has a reference to Duluth, and I've just been here a couple of days.
Rest of my days... Rest of my days... So here and now I gotta say hello Minnesota I’m so excited to know.
You’re so cold.
But you make my heart feel warm, feel right at home.
Hello, Minnesota, I cannot wait to call you... my own you feel like home... to me.
